Kill the skeleton (or skull?) while you avoid being thrown off a cliff... that also has lava (maybe an overkill). 

Every time you kill it, you can increase difficulty (increase boss speed and throw you away when it arrives) or try again and get a better beating time (yes, the "BEST TIME" doesn't mean survival time...).
